- Non-Registered Barcodes: We offer distinct product codes, but they are not registered through GS1 or any other barcode issuing authority. Our barcodes are not registered with GS1.
- Retailer Acceptance: You must ascertain if the retailer agrees with non-registered barcodes before making a purchase. We shall not be held accountable in case a shop refuses your item because of its barcode.
- Functionality: Our barcodes are compatible with scanning in retail stores and listing products on a majority of e-commerce platforms.
- Appearance in Search Engines: Barcode registration does not affect how search engines show results. If you upload the details of your product with its barcode to e-commerce platforms, they will be visible in search results once they are indexed.

Order Cancellations and Replacement
We have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. Our company provides a 100% reimbursement assurance for previously utilised codes within 48 hours of proof submission. This privilege is applicable for one year following delivery confirmation and applies only to the substitution of digital barcodes. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred from reprints.

- Online databases, such as GS1’s Datakart app, do not display the codes. However, when uploaded on e-commerce platforms, the product details can be associated with the barcode. We provide scannable barcode images suitable for product packaging (for retail barcode purchases).
Limitation of Liability
Any monetary or printed packaging material losses incurred due to the rejection of your product by retailers for non-registered barcodes will not be attributed to us. It is solely your responsibility to ensure retailer acceptance.
Term and Termination
This agreement becomes effective upon your purchase and shall continue until either party chooses to terminate. We retain the authority to cease your access to our services at any time, with or without warning.
Entire Agreement
You and our company enter into a binding contract, binding together all phrases stated herein and any other related agreements, to encompass all terms regarding your utilisation of our services.
Governing Law
The laws of India shall govern and construe these terms and conditions, with sole jurisdiction residing in the courts of India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any given moment. You will be apprised of significant amendments via email or published on our website. Your sustained utilisation of our services following such modifications constitutes your compliance with the updated provisions.
