Certification Consultancy Services is committed to providing accurate and functional barcodes to keep your processes and transactions interruption-free. This policy outlines our process for handling scenarios where a purchased product/barcode may not work as intended.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns of any emailed codes cannot be accepted. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent utilisation of the codes.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations for verified orders. Our process involves the immediate initiation of order processing upon confirmation.
Guarantees and Replacements
We understand the importance of receiving functional codes for your product listings. Therefore, we offer a full replacement guarantee if the codes we provide fail to work during your product listing process.
How to Claim a Replacement
If you face any issue with our barcodes, please follow the below-mentioned steps for quick resolution:
- Capture a screenshot of the error message you encountered while attempting to list your product.
- Send an email to our customer support team and attach the screenshot, don’t forget to clearly explain the issue.
The replacement process will proceed as follows:
- Upon receiving your email and verifying the problem, we will take appropriate action.
- If the code is defective, we will promptly provide you with a replacement code that operates effectively.
- If it is discovered that the code has already been used, our team will conduct a comprehensive enquiry within 48 hours.
- Once verified, we will provide you with a fresh and operational code.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Following receipt and inspection of your return, we will return the money to the original payment method (used to make the purchase). Please allow five to seven business days to get the refund.
Our refund/replacement policy is restricted to codes that are truly faulty or have already been utilised. We reserve the right to deny replacements or refunds for codes misused by the customer.
